The institute is confirmed as Municipal Enterprise Technological Centre of Dalian in 2008 and Provincial Enterprise Technology Centre in 2010; it is confirmed as National Hi-Tech Enterprise in 2010; it is confirmed as Dalian IPR Pilot Enterprise in 2009; it has got ISO9001 Certificate of the system of quality certification; it is awarded with "contract-abiding and trustworthy" enterprise by provincial and municipal Industrial & Commercial Bureau for many years; it is assessed as Inspection Exemption enterprise by Dalian Municipal Industrial & Commercial Bureau for years. Our Institute is the vice director enterprise of China Soda Industry Association. Information Dept. of China Soda Industry Association and China Soda Industry Information Station; the supporting enterprise of China Inorganic Chemical Committee (Soda) and Dalian Corrosion & Protection Society. 

     Engineering Design

Introduction
The department is established in 1964. We are mainly doing the design works of Engineering technology’s development and industrial units on the scopes of Integrated Soda, Ammonia Alkaki and their related industries. In the past 40 years, we have undertaken projects like Engineering Consultation and Design Service for hundreds enterprises, and have won very good reputations. As the growing of our institute, the business scope has expanded to fine chemicals, petro-chemicals, and bio-chemicals.
The qualifications on Engineering Consultation and Design we have now are: Chemical Industry’s Engineering Consultation Certificate (Grade A); Design Certificate on Chemical, Petro-chemical and Medical Industry (Chemical Industry) (Grade A); Pressure Vessel Design Certificate (Grade A2; the third category of low, medium pressure vessel); Pressure Piping Design Certificate (Grade GB2, GC1 (1), GC2 and GC3).
Achievements:
We have undertaken hundreds of design both in China and abroad, and have accumulated very rich experiences, especially in the field of Soda. The design achievements have speared over the country, such as Fujian, Yunnan, Sichuan, Hunan, Hubei, Jiangsu, Anhui, Henan, Hebei, Shandong, Liaoning, Jilin, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Qinghai and etc.
